This is an informal weekly sitting group. Heidi Kellam will lead the group that meets every week on Tuesday in ACB 119. Here is the schedule for each week.
This is very informal so come when you can…just drop in. Please register if you plan to meet somewhat regularly so we can contact you of any changes.
Noon to 12:05: Settling in
12:05 to 12:20: Sitting meditation
12:20 to 12:35: Walking meditation
12:35 to 12:40: Sitting
12:40 to 12:45: Contemplation reading in which I will read a small passage or poem
12:45 to 12:50: Sitting
12:50 to 1 pm: Sharing
